Shipping Policy

Shipping and Orders
Orders can be placed either online, by email (, or message me on one of our social media sites. Payment can be made by BACS and Paypal. Please ensure that the address on the Paypal account is correct and your email account is in use as this is our only point of contact.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I will aim to deliver your order within 7 – 10 days, however delivery times cannot be guaranteed. I will send you an email or message once your order has been dispatched with a predicted arrival date. As our products are made to order, your order may take up to 10 days to create. If you have any concerns or questions about delivery time please get in touch by email. Please make sure you provide the correct mailing address as I will not be responsible for any mistakes on your behalf.

Oversea Postage
If you would like one of our products but do not live in the U.K, please get in touch so I can organise the safest way to deliver your item(s). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately you cannot return any items. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. I recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. I do not offer returns or refunds on PERSONALISED items (custom or personalised and dog drying equipment). All sale items are final sale and non refundable.

Returns Process:

Please pack your return item(s) with a note of your name and address. Please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair to the return address on your parcel packaging.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Once your return is received and I  have inspected it, I will send you an email or message to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs)
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card.

Exchange Policy

Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, I will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. I recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.
